Organise your photos and documents using sub-folders

We highly recommend getting into the habit of creating subfolders before uploading your photos and files into the Text Block’s File Manager. Always select the correct subfolder prior to starting the upload process. This will save you lots of time down the track.

Remember: If you move or delete an existing image, the link will be broken.  This results in newsletters showing blank boxes where those images once stood. 

The best way to manage your files and images in the file manager is to create folders and supply images with names.
This will assist you in locating the image or file in the future, as well as ensuring your file manager does not become unmanageable as you move forward with your newsletters.
